Sales Tax

Orders shipped within the state of Arizona or picked up at our manufacturing location will be charged and have withheld a 9.25% sales tax. Sales tax for orders shipped outside Arizona is not charged or withheld and is the sole responsibility of the customer.

Placing an Order

Unless otherwise indicated, all of our products are built to order. Lead time varies but is typically about 1 to 4 weeks. Please feel free to call or email us with any questions you have regarding merchandise. We will be happy to assist you.


Credit card payments can be made on our website or by phone. Personal checks are also accepted. When payment is by check, we reserve the right to hold the order up to 10 business days for the check to clear.

Cancelling an Order

We will accept cancellation without penalty up to the time that your order is in production. A 50% cancellation fee will apply if the order is cancelled after production is started. A 100% cancellation fee is applicable on Special Order items or after orders are completed. Due to the custom and build-to-order nature of our products, all sales are final.


All shipments from WAM Bumpers are F.O.B. our location and are the property of the customer once it leaves our loading dock. We ship within the continental United States only. The freight company we use is Coast to Coast Trucking.

Freight cost is NOT included in the price of the bumper. Within two business days (M–F) of placing your order, we will contact you with your shipping cost. There is also a $50 crating/handling charge per bumper.

You are also welcome to arrange your own freight carrier. We can provide you the pallet dimensions for your bumper. Bumper weights usually fall in the following ranges:

  • Front Bumper: 175-220 lb
  • Rear Bumper: 175-250 lb
  • Both: Between 375-420 lb

Storage Charges

If merchandise is not picked up or we are unable to ship because of any issues from the customer’s end, a storage charge of $20 per day will be applied after 14 business days from the ready-to-ship date.

Damage During Shipment

Shipping damage must be reported to your local office of the delivering freight company within 48 hours of delivery for a claim for replacement to be accepted. If you experience a problem with the freight company handling your damage claim, please contact one of our customer service representatives at (770) 876-0300, or send an e-mail to Sales@WAMBumpers.com for immediate assistance. It is advisable to document with pictures while unwrapping if damage is suspected.


WAM Bumper products are warranted for one year from date of purchase against faulty materials or workmanship. Normal usage requirements apply. All affected parts must be returned to the factory prepaid. Full credit will be issued for those parts found to be defective.

Warranty replacement parts will be shipped from the factory prepaid. There are no warranties, express or implied, including the warranty of merchantability or a warranty of fitness for a particular purpose extending beyond that set forth above.

Warranty Returns

Warranty claims will cover replacement or repair of the parts only and will not cover damages or shipping charges. For questions about the warranty, please call one of our customer service representatives at (770) 876-0300 or send an e-mail to Sales@WAMBumpers.com.

Before returning any parts, contact a customer service representative to request Return Authorization Number (RAN). The RAN should be placed on the outside of the return package, along with a copy of the original invoice and shipped to the “Merchandise Return Address” shown below. All returned parts must be sent freight prepaid.
